Avoid Keyboard Lock-up

Quick Tip

If a keyboard is plugged in after a computer is on, the system may lock-up.
To prevent this problem, plug the keyboard in and don't press any keys. Then
tap the NUM-LOCK key a few times. If the NUM-LOCK
light turns on and off, the keyboard should work normally. If not, the computer will
probably need a reset. This has worked about 90% of the time for me.
